Churchill Area is a lovely and charming neighborhood with interesting residents. All the neighbors are very easy-going and very friendly, mostly college educated. There are R.Ns, Sanitary workers, county-government workers, social workers, teachers- that sort of thing. Every home built in this little community was built very high quality considering it was built on marsh-land. These are very well-built homes--the floor plans are simple, versatile, and very easily convertible. Several of these homes have been converted into larger, nicer dwellings.
