This neighborhood has a good mix of old and new houses. Rapid Valley is also very family-friendly place where it is far from the noise of the town but still close enough to get necessary needs. Basically all the "newer" areas around Reservoir Rd and Twilight Drive are nice neighborhoods. The streets look lovely with many trees and flowers.
